    For long-term strategic development, PT Pembangunan Pluit Jaya (PPJ) was given DKI BUMD status. The establishment of PT Pulo Mas Jaya (PMJ) as a subsidiary in the property sector was driven by the big goal of providing public access to property products in line with the growth of the city of Jakarta.

    PT Jakarta Propertindo was born as a strategic step from the merger of PT PPJ with PT Pembangunan Pantai Utara Jakarta and Jakarta Propertindo has the status of a Regional Owned Enterprise which is managed professionally to develop Jakarta. Jakkon was also established to provide consulting services to corporations from various sectors who share the same vision as Jakpro: developing the city of Jakarta and its people.

  • 2005

    Jakpro implements diversification as a business growth strategy. From only focusing on the property sector in its initial phase of growth, Jakro has expanded into the infrastructure sector, in order to meet the needs of the general public and the business sector in Jakarta.

  • 2013

    This year was marked by major corporate action in restructuring Jakpro into three sub-holdings, namely property, infrastructure and utilities, to make Jakpro stronger and focused on meeting the needs of stakeholders.

  • 2014

    As a step and focus in the energy sector which contributes to government income and Jakpro's business growth, Jakpro established PT Jakarta Utilitas Propertindo (JUP) which focuses on the energy and property sectors.

  • 2016

    Jakpro received a mandate from the DKI Provincial Government to build strategic infrastructure to support the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, namely Jakarta Integrated Highway (LRT), Jakarta International Velodrome, Jakarta International Equestrian Park Pulomas.

  • 2018

    All efforts and endeavours of Jakpro has brought Jakarta’s success in stepping up as the host of Asian Games 2018, through the development of infrastructures: Light Rail Transit, Velodrome and Equestrians. The year 2018 was also the kick-off of DP 0 project.

  • 2019

    The company was assigned to develop an integrated sports area, revitalize Ismail Marzuki Park, provide housing for Low Income Communities (MBR), organize Intermediate Waste Processing Facilities (FPSA) in the city, organize Formula E activities, organize infrastructure financing companies, and organize Network Facilities Integrated Utilities (SJUT). Introduction (pre launching) of the PT Jakarta Solusi Lestari joint venture, Groundbreaking of the Jakarta International Stadium, Groundbreaking of the revitalization of Taman Ismail Marzuki. Improving the internal management system (ISO 9001:2015, Whistleblowing System (WBS), BIM, KNKG).

  • 2020

    Amendments to the Articles of Association in Article 3 concerning the aims and objectives of establishing the Company. Apart from that, a subsidiary was established, namely PT Jakarta OSES Energi (PT JOE) to manage 10% Interest Participation in the South East Sumatra off shore work area. The addition of 2 (two) new KSDs, namely, KSD 53 related to the management of the Jakarta Bay Coastal Area, namely through the management and development of infrastructure, facilities and public utilities (PSU) at Kita Maju Bersama Beach (KMB), and KSD 73 related to the construction of Utility Network Facilities Integrated (SJUT) which is included in the list of special infrastructure for DKI Jakarta. Signing of the Project Basic Agreement (PBA) with the selected Collaboration Partner, the WIKA-Indoplas Consortium.

  • 2021

    Completion of 10 strategic projects in 2021, including the revitalization of Taman Ismail Marzuki and the construction of the Jakarta International Stadium. The Jakarta E-Prix progress will be held on June 4 2022 in Jakarta. JAKPRO completed the Resettlement Action Plan for the Kampung Bayam community affected by the construction of the Jakarta International Stadium.

  • 2022

    Jakarta International Stadium & Revitalization of Taman Ismail Marzuki was inaugurated and began to be used for public activities. Jakpro successfully completed the construction of the Kampung Susun Bayam (HKSB) Residential area. Jakpro successfully held the 2022 Jakarta E Prix (Formula E) international event at the Jakarta International E Prix Circuit and was the event with the largest number of spectators in the world in season 8. The company was assigned to add LRT routes Jakarta, namely route 1 B of the Velodrome - Manggarai route. Changes to Regional Regulations concerning PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) number 10 of 2018 with the addition of the company's business lines, namely oil and gas or energy.
